Wukitsch: Week 16 NFL Spread Predictions

By IAN WUKITSCH

Welcome back football fanatics! Before I give ya’ll my predictions I just want to touch on Johnny Football’s performance last week. People are getting ready to write this guy off as a “bust” and saying he’ll never make it in the NFL. Really? The guy has made ONE start in the league, with a struggling team desperately needing a win. Will he be a great quarterback? Probably not. But are we jumping to conclusions, and writing this guy off far too soon? Absolutely. If there is a place in this league for guys like Geno Smith, Mark Sanchez, and Jimmy Clausen, then there is absolutely a place for Manziel. Oh and by the way, lets not forget about Peyton Manning’s rookie season and how poorly he performed. All right….enough defending my boy, and on to the picks for Week 16. Wukitsch: Week 15 NFL Spread Predictions

Week 15 starts with me being as happy as I’ve been all season. Two reasons: my Titans suck and are front runners to get Amari Cooper, giving the Titans a playmaking wideout they’ve lacked since Derrick Mason, and secondly, it’s Johnny Manziel time in Cleveland! JFF is taking the Browns to the Super Bowl, just watch. Now for the picks. Continue reading Wukitsch: Week 15 NFL Spread Predictions

Welcome back football fans! I start this week’s column with a question for everybody: if you’re the Cleveland Browns, who would you have started this week? Do you stick with the game manager in Brian Hoyer? Or is it time for the electric Johnny Football? Personally, I would go with JFF. He presents the best chance to compete in a high scoring game, something that the Browns will face this week against the Colts. I don’t see Hoyer even having a chance to keep this team in the game this week, but we will see. Anyway enough of my nonsense, here are my Week 14 picks. Happy late Thanksgiving football fans! I hope everybody enjoyed a safe and food filled holiday. If you didn’t lose too much money Thursday – like I did – then I’m sure you’re ready for some more action come this Sunday. So shake off that food coma, get your bookie’s number at the ready, and start betting. Continue reading Wukitsch: Week 13 NFL Spread Predictions

I start this week off with a little question for the Trax Pack — say you are in the owners seat — do you draft Jameis Winston? If so, how high? To be honest, I don’t think this guy is worthy enough to be a “Face of the Franchise” kinda guy. The talent and ability he has shown in college is unquestioned, the guy can flat out ball, but it is his off the field issues that really get to me. I can live with stealing crab legs and selling your autographs to get some cash, times are hard financially I get that; I’m in the same boat. But sexual assault and shaving points? No thanks. Winston has too many issues with his personal character to make him my starting QB, there’s just no way around it. Especially if this guy is shaving points for people to win bets, and putting his team — his FAMILY — at risk out on the field. Cut the crap Jameis, grow up and play football. Leave the off the field antics somewhere else. Now that I’m all fired up, here are my picks for Week 12. Continue reading Wukitsch: Week 12 NFL Spread Predictions

WUKITSCH: WEEK 11 NFL SPREAD PREDICTIONS

I don’t know about ya’ll, but I’m really getting tired of terrible night games. This week we have the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins going tonight, and the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Tennessee Titans. When is the NFL going to implement some sort of flex scheduling, where they can replace these snooze feasts with some marque matchups? Like give me the Detroit Lions against the Philadelphia Eagles for the Thursday night game, and the Dallas Cowboys versus the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night. C’mon Goodell wake up and give the fans something to watch. Or just ignore it like you do everything else, aka Ray Rice case. Whatever, here are my spread predictions for this week. WUKITSCH: WEEK 10 NFL SPREAD PREDICTIONS

Welcome back gambling fans. We’ve got another full slate of action for this weekend, and some more favorable lines than last week for sure. Before we start, with the recent injury to Tony Romo, how sweet would it be if the Cowboys had drafted Johnny Football? Oh man, I think Dallas would explode. Just think about it, Johnny Football handling the reigns of America’s team in Jerry World? The media universe would explode. But as it turns out, JFB is on the Browns, and for some reason may never see the field this year. Absolute bullshit. But whatever, here’s what I think about this week in football.
